Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Site is intended for use within the United States; we do not currently ship internationally.

Account Registration

Certain features (checkout, subscriptions, order history) may require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at info@buysavagemeats.com of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Products and Availability

Savage Meats sells perishable meat products, including individual cuts, bundles, and subscription boxes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, weights, and pricing are accurate, but:

• Actual product weight may vary slightly from listed weight due to the nature of butchering and packaging
• Images are representative and may differ from the exact cut received
• Availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value if an ordered item becomes unavailable

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected price
• Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout
• You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law

Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If you enroll in a subscription box or recurring order:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing cycle until you cancel
• You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date through your account or by contacting info@buysavagemeats.com
• Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle; we do not provide partial refunds for the current cycle once an order has shipped
• We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes to recurring subscriptions before they take effect

Shipping and Delivery

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Orders are shipped frozen or fresh with appropriate insulation and cooling materials and require prompt attention upon delivery
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and refrigerate/freeze the order promptly, or for arranging delivery to a location where this is possible
• Delivery dates and transit times provided at checkout are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or, where applicable, upon delivery to your specified address
• We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from failure to promptly receive and properly store the order, incorrect address information provided by you, or delivery delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control

Order Issues, Returns, and Refunds

Because our products are perishable, we do not generally accept returns. However:

• If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at info@buysavagemeats.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue
• Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion
• We are not responsible for issues caused by delayed pickup, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or improper storage after delivery

Health, Allergen, and Handling Disclaimer

• Our products are raw or minimally processed meat and must be handled, stored, thawed, and cooked according to USDA food safety guidelines
• We are not liable for illness or injury resulting from improper storage, handling, thawing, or cooking after delivery
• Our facilities process multiple types of meat and may not be suitable for individuals with specific dietary restrictions or allergies; consult product labeling and contact us with questions before ordering if you have concerns
• Nothing on the Site constitutes medical or nutritional advice

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent
• Resell products purchased from the Site without our authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software — is owned by or licensed to Savage Meats and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant Savage Meats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVAGE MEATS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savage Meats, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or improper handling/storage of products after delivery.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Savage Meats each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and without application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savage Meats regarding use of the Site.
