How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 1–2 business days on dry ice. Transit is 1–2 days for most of the continental US. You'll receive tracking the moment your box leaves our facility.

What if my order arrives damaged or thawed?
We reship. No argument, no hassle. Email orders@savagemeats.com with your order number and a photo. We'll get a replacement out within 24 hours.

Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Yes. Log into your account and you can skip any upcoming shipment or pause for up to 90 days. No cancellation fees, ever.

Do you ship to my state?
We currently ship to 42 states. We're expanding. If you're in a restricted state, drop us your email and we'll notify you the moment we go live there.

How do I cancel my membership?
Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel. Takes 30 seconds. If you're canceling due to a problem, email us first — we'd rather fix it.
